About Felicia Yague

I, Felicia Maianu-Yague, am a licensed Realtor with Weichert Realtors Tower Properties committed to developing a respectful client relationship characterized by integrity and trust. 

 

As a first-generation immigrant, I lived and breathed the journey of homeownership through hard work and a “can-do” attitude.   I have lived in the Midwest for over 25 years, 19 of which I resided and worked in the Willmar, MN area.  I understand the complex and potentially stressful process of buying and selling from my personal experience of buying 4 homes in Chicago, IL, and Willmar, MN.  

 

Having extensive cross-cultural experiences through my travels, and education, along with being fluent in English, Spanish, and Romanian I have the sensitivity and understanding of different cultural perspectives as they relate to homeownership. My MA in Intercultural Studies allows me to be well-versed in relating to people from different backgrounds, so I can help my clients negotiate difficult situations.  I am committed to helping my clients overcome obstacles to accomplish their homeownership goals.

 

I have over 19 years of teaching experience which gives me the skills necessary to explain difficult concepts and simplify the oftentimes complex process of buying and selling real estate.  I deeply value my clients' satisfaction, especially first-time homebuyers, so they can be informed and educated.  

  

Finally, I love living in the beautiful state of Minnesota, and in my spare time enjoy sipping on a cup of espresso at a local coffee shop and keeping up with my daughter's events as the Aquatenial Queen of the Lakes 2025.
